FlipLab is a house flipping simulation game. By using FlipLab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You can play FlipLab without an account. Creating an account (via Google or Discord sign-in) unlocks additional features like leaderboard access and game saves. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

You must be 13 years or older to create an account on FlipLab.

• FlipLab Premium is a one-time purchase of $4.99 USD
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting us
• Premium benefits are tied to your account and are non-transferable

Your username is visible to other users on the leaderboard. Please choose a username that is appropriate. We reserve the right to remove usernames that are offensive or harmful.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data including scores, saves, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.

FlipLab is a simulation game for entertainment and educational purposes. It does not constitute financial advice. Real estate investing involves risk and the game is not a substitute for professional guidance.

We do our best to keep FlipLab available and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

FlipLab is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of game data, account issues, or damages arising from the use of FlipLab.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FlipLab after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
